No exaggerated promises

We say what the assistant can and cannot do. We do not guarantee results where we do not control them – for example, the answers of AI platforms.

You control the content

You edit the knowledge base, announcements and texts yourself. The assistant answers from the information you provide and, when it is missing, directs people to you.

Clear limits

The assistant clearly states that it is an AI. We set it up so that it gives no medical advice and hands complex questions to a person.

Data is agreed in advance

Before launch we agree what data the assistant collects, who it is sent to and how long it is stored.
